  7. you cant deny over the period of internation cricket, england overall have generally been very shit at the sport they invented, ian bell is a prime example of an english batsmen, can dominate bowlers on a flat deck and makes most of his runs against lower ranked sides. where was he in 05 when the aussies where ending there golden spell, would love to see how the current english squad would fare against the waugh era of the ninties or the ponting of 03 or even the chappel lillee era of the 70’s
